Our Sisig Marinade is a collaboration with a 4th-generation Pampanga home cook from Angeles City, the birthplace of sisig. The formula blends tangy calamansi with savory soy, creamy mayonnaise, fresh siling labuyo, chopped white onions, and a secret spice blend that makes sisig truly addicting. The 500ml squeeze bottle is enough to toss 5 batches of sisig (2.5kg of cooked, chopped pork). Also incredible as a dressing for chicharon bulaklak, grilled tuna panga, and tokwa't baboy.
