Our 1-liter Adobo Marinade jug lets you prepare batch after batch of perfect Filipino adobo without measuring dozens of individual ingredients. Used by over 80 carinderias and catering services across Metro Manila. Each batch is QC-checked for consistent pH (4.2 or below) for food safety and optimal flavor. The 1L size marinates up to 8kg of meat total — enough for 3 large family handaan or a full weekend of catering. Made with only natural ingredients: no MSG, no artificial preservatives, no coloring.
