Adobo Marinade 500ml

Adobo is the Philippines' national dish — and our Adobo Marinade nails the classic recipe passed down through Filipino families for generations. We blend premium naturally-brewed soy sauce with Ilocos sugarcane vinegar, whole garlic cloves, fresh cracked black pepper, dried bay leaves from Laguna, and a touch of brown sugar for depth. The 500ml bottle marinates up to 3kg of pork (kasim or liempo) or chicken. Perfect for traditional stovetop adobo, pressure-cooked adobo, or grilled adobo-style skewers. Contains no artificial coloring.
